Why We’re Here (And Why It Matters)
In October 2024, everything changed.
Jody had flown to Sydney to meet Marsha who had literally just arrived from Columbus Ohio for her first Australian visit.
We had 3 weeks of work and play planned.
We just sat down to lunch when Jody got a call that you never want to get.
Her 27 year old son-in-law was a pedestrian on a footpath and was hit by an out of control vehicle and suffered a catastrophic brain injury which he could not survive.
Her son-in-law died suddenly.
No warning.
Just heartbreak - and a powerful shift in what really matters.
In the days that followed, Jody found herself not just grieving - but rethinking how we show up as a business.
We’ve been coaching ad managers since 2018, working on multi-7 figure launches and funnels behind the scenes.
But that loss made it clear:
We needed to serve differently.
